I wanted to get a better sounding recording in the studio before the school year is over, but you know how that goes. I miss playing with the awesome "4 Score Clarinet Quartet," and playing with the amazing Chiho Sugo. I put this arrangement together because I couldn't find a version of Amazing Grace that I like for clarinet quartet, so I made one. Enjoy, and don't forget to like, comment, and share.

Chiho Sugo, a master clarinetist from Japan, visits Adams State University. She plays Mudiwa Williams' arrangement of Haru no Umi for a clarinet quintet, with the 4 Score Clarinet Quartet.

OST InfiniTOAST from the GGJ 2020. The theme was "repair." In less than 48 hours, composers B.M. Quinn and Mudiwa Williams wrote the soundtrack for the game.

Greenland Trailer (Rescoring Assignment)

This is an assignment from my music production class where we all got to rescore a movie trailer. I really wanted to do a trailer from a movie I hadn’t seen, to not be subconsciously influenced by the original score. I have not seen Greenland, but the trailer inspired me immediately. This project really solidified my love for movie scoring, as every bit of this just fell into place. My ear for mixing has progressed so much at Adams, and this trailer shows my progress best.

Biscuit (Short Film Rescoring Assignment)

I am a passionate composer with dreams to write for many mediums. Alongside filling in the gaps in the modern day canon for new ensembles and “weird” instruments, I will also write music for movies, short films, and video games. Biscuit started as a composition assignment, and grew into something I could be proud of. I love writing for film, and I hope you can hear my passion for it in all of my film score examples.

Departure of Love (Short Film Rescoring Assignment)

This fun silent film started as another quick composition assignment, but my passion for film scoring made it something more.I got to play with motives, sound selection, and the idea of helping the scene move along with music. It was fun to write and I hope it is just as fun to watch.
